House rules at a glance

• Up to 8 adults + 2 children, with a maximum of 10 people in total.

• No parties or events. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise low, especially during quiet hours after 12:00 AM.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights. Stays of up to 14 nights are available; longer stays require prior agreement.

• No smoking inside the house. Pets are not permitted.

What kind of accommodation is ENT.HOMES?

ENT.HOMES is a private, four-bedroom residential garden retreat for guests who enjoy greenery, thoughtful design and peaceful living. There are 4 bedrooms and 5 double beds in total: one bedroom has 2 double beds, and each of the other 3 bedrooms has 1 double bed. You book the whole house for your stay. It is suitable for quiet family visits and restful breaks.

How many guests can stay?

The maximum is 8 adults and 2 children, or 10 people in total. Include all adults and children when booking, and message us before booking if you are unsure whether your group fits this limit.

How do I book and check prices?

Check availability on Airbnb to see available dates, current prices and the total booking cost. Review the listing details and enter your full guest count before confirming your reservation.

What is the minimum stay? Can I stay longer?

Our minimum stay is 2 nights, and our usual maximum is 14 nights. For a longer visit, contact us before booking so we can confirm availability and suitable arrangements.

Is the retreat suitable for a family visiting Thomson Hospital?

Our Petaling Jaya location can be convenient for families supporting someone at Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara. ENT.HOMES provides accommodation; it does not provide medical care. Please ask about any accessibility or specific accommodation needs before booking.

Are parties or events allowed?

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential home. Please keep music, conversations and outdoor activity considerate of neighbours, with quiet hours after midnight.

How do changes and cancellations work?

For an Airbnb reservation, review the cancellation policy shown for your selected dates before paying. Request booking changes or cancellations through Airbnb. Refunds depend on the policy and circumstances of your reservation.

Our retreat is designed for peaceful stays; parties or loud events are not allowed.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please share your expected arrival time and follow the arrival instructions provided for your booking. For early or late arrival, ask us in advance; availability must be confirmed. Check-out details are provided in your Airbnb reservation.

Free on-site parking is available. Please tell us how many vehicles you plan to bring before arrival so we can confirm arrangements. Keep neighbouring entrances and access routes clear.
